• Email address: Collected when you register for an API key or subscribe to a paid plan.
• Billing information: Processed by our payment provider (Paddle). We do not store your credit card details.

• API usage data: Number of PDFs generated, templates used, and timestamps.
• Technical data: IP address, request headers, and error logs for service monitoring and security.

2.3 Data You Submit

The JSON data you send to generate PDFs is processed in memory to produce the PDF and is not stored on our servers after the response is delivered.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To authenticate API requests and enforce usage quotas
• To process subscription payments and manage your account
• To monitor service health, prevent abuse, and ensure security
• To send important service notifications (e.g., quota limits, security alerts)
• To improve the Service and develop new features

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share data only with:

• Paddle: Our payment processor, to handle subscriptions and billing
• Vercel: Our hosting provider, to run the Service infrastructure
• Cloudflare: For DNS management and email routing

• API usage data is retained for 90 days for billing and quota tracking
• Account information is retained while your account is active
• Upon account deletion, personal data is removed within 30 days

We implement industry-standard security measures including HTTPS encryption, API key authentication, and secure infrastructure. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
